Procedure for Taking Orders~

I’m thrilled to be partnering with you on your Fundraising event. With one of the most recognized
brand names in the world, you’ll find quality Tupperware products virtually sell themselves!

Simply follow these steps when taking your customers’ orders.


1. The order form is conveniently located in the middle of each Fundraising brochure. Simply fill
in your name and the name of the organization that is sponsoring the Fundraising event.

2. Be sure the following information appears on each order:
— Customer’s first and last name
— Customer’s full address including street address, city, state, and zip code
— Customer’s telephone number, including area code

3. Double-check that each customer has correctly noted the quantity they’d like of each
product in the appropriate column

4. Calculate the total
· Add up the charges
· Total the product amount
· Add appropriate tax (only if the organization is not tax-exempt)

5. Collect payment in the form of:
Check or Money Order, made out to: Your organization

6. All orders must be turned in by ________________. You may turn in orders throughout the
Fundraising event.
