Chocolate Caramel Fondue

1 can sweetened condensed milk
a jar caramel ice cream topping
3 squares unsweetened chocolate


Assorted fresh fruit and/or pretzels or other goodies to dip in
Stovetop Directions
In a saucepan, combine the
sweetened condensed milk, caramel
ice cream topping and chocolate.

Cook and stir over low heat until
the chocolate is melted. Serve with
fruit and/or pretzels.

Microwave Directions
Or Cook in the oval microwave cooker for 2-4 minutes or until chocolate is melted, you can also do this in your Rock N Serve containers

Hot Pizza Dip
1 pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Italian Herb seasoning
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can pizza sauce
2 Tbs. chopped green pepper (use the new lil Chopper to chop this)
2 Tbs. thinly sliced green pepper

Breadsticks or Tortilla Chips

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese
and Italian herb seasoning.
Spread in a
large shallow Rock N Serve or large deep rock n serve container
or the oval microwave cooker or the round microsteamer

Combine Mozzarella and Parmesan
cheeses; sprinkle half over the
cream cheese. Top with the pizza
sauce, remaining cheese mixture,
green pepper and onion.

Microwave, uncovered, on high for
3-4 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes.
