Chocolate Cheesecake
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1½ cups melted milk chocolate chips (cooled) (melt in rock n serve, oval microwave cooker or round microsteamer)
¼ cup softened butter
1 carton frozen whipped topping
1/3 cup sugar
1 graham cracker crust
1½ teaspoons vanilla
In Thatsa Bowl, or Mix N Stor plus pitcher,
beat cream cheese,
butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Add melted chocolate.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon onto crust.
Cover and
chill until serving time.
