sounds yummy, is there a recipe for this? or i haven't gotten my starter kit yet, so might it be in the recipe guide? or if you don't have this particular piece, could you use another? i'm excited about this recipe!

STUFFED PARTY MUSHROOMS

1# medium mushrooms (fresh)
1/4 c grated parmesan
1/4 c dried bread crumbs
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove, minced

Wash mushrooms. Remove stems, set caps aside. Finely chop mushroom stems. In medium
bowl combine stems and all remaining ingredients. Press mixture firmly into each cap, mounding on
top. Place 1/2 of stuffed mushrooms in base of Oval MicroCooker. Place remainder on rack in deep
colander ring. Cover. Microwave on high 4-5 minutes. ENJOY!
