When will November/December flyer be posted?

Does anyone have an idea of when the November/December sales flyer will be posted online or available to order?
I have a big party on November 3 (actually 2 Pampered Chef consultants are co-hosting:)) and I'm in Japan. I need to order them as soon as I can to get them here in time for the party on the 3rd. It usually takes orders 7-10 days to arrive here, but better to be safe than sorry.
Please let me know if you have any information.
