Hi All,
I've been using this recipe for years and I just changed what it was made in (used Tupperware instead of other bowls, etc). Thought you all might enjoy! Fast and simple and yummy!
1 Box Crispix Ceral (12 ounce box)
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Package Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (12 ounce bag)
3 to 4 cups Powdered Sugar
Place Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chips, and Butter in Medium Deep Rock N Serve (you could also probably use Large Deep or a Heat N Serve). Microwave uncovered for 2 minutes...stir well. Microwave another minute if needed. Put the whole box of Crispix Cereal in the Thatsa Bowl (the 32 cup size bowl). Pour the melted mixture over the cereal. Mix with Saucy Silicone Spatula until cereal is well covered. Pour the coated cereal into a Thatsa MEGA Bowl (the 42 cup size). Put the 3 to 4 cups (I started with 3 cups and ended up adding the 4th cup) in the Thatsa MEGA Bowl with the cereal. Put the lid on the bowl (make sure it's sealed). Shake the bowl until the cereal is coated with the powdered sugar. Pour the cereal onto a cookie sheet lined with the Silicone Wonder Mat to cool and dry (takes about 20 minutes to dry). Seal in various Tupperware Containers -- You can use Modular Mates, Rock N Serves, Wonder Bowls, etc.
I thought this would be a great party idea. If you wanted to give out gifts to the guests you could put a small amount in either one of those 1 cup Rock 'n Serves or in a Wonder Bowl or whatever you wanted.
