Ideas or layout for wish list

I was thinking of making up some blank "wish lists" for an open house coming up. This way if a woman wants to drop a hint to her other half she can. I wanted to know if anyone has done this and if you have a layout I could see.

I just had an open house this weekend. I'm at an Air Force Base in Japan - so it may look a little weird, but here's the general idea. I printed 4 to page with print shop (with a much cuter font & a table for filling in the product info.)
