Smidget game
Bring a pack of smidgets to your party. Put them on your demonstration table.
Leave them there until the end, this will create interest. Then at the end of your
demo tell guests that you are going to play one more game and it’s an easy one.
Tell them that they are going to have an opportunity to get a smidget. Sell the
benefits.
Ie. Salad dressing, advil, cream cheese, earrings, perfume on a cotton ball (for
when they travel).
Tell them that the first 4 people that ask a serious question about your job can
have one. Let them know it can’t be “Do you love your job, because you do or
you wouldn’t be there” and it can’t be about products or replacements, it has to
be about your job with TW.
People will start asking questions like, how many parties do you do a week? How
many hours do you work? How much $ do you make? How far do you travel?
The answers that you give are generic. When they ask about $, they really want
to know.. How much $ can I make? Tell them 25% of the party sales.
When they ask about hours? Tell them it is flexible and they make their own
hours.
After you play the game, tell them that they can get in on another drawing if they
want to. All they have to do is fill out the drawing slip. They will answer the
questions and then you will be able to identify your recruit leads and give the
info to your manager!
Give the winner a funnel, pie server, small piece of TW. Whatever you have!
