$1,000 - $2,999 = 30% commission
$3,000 or more = 35% commission

2) Hold 2 parties a week @ $400 = $1120 comm/month.
3) Track guests at parties-average 6 attendance x 8 = 48.
4) Sponsor 3+ of those 48 people.

That will take you to Manager
