Recruiting Question?

I had recruit someone. They diddent make it on geeting activated. Are they still a consultant? Do they still get the special and free stuff we do? If not do they have to have another Grande opening to make the $450? I don't know if it's the same in Canada as the States or does it apply the same? :rain

I don't know about Canada, but in the states a new recruit is still considered a consultant as long as they sell $250 in a four month rolling period, just like anyone else. In order to be a qualified recruit (and increase a managers royalty percentage) they must sell $250 in their first 30 days. And to take advantage of the 30-60-90 deals they must sell $500 in their first 30 days. But just to be an active consultant and be able to earn incentives and buy samples, etc. they only have to sell $250 in their first 4 months. And if they are on your team, they will be counted as a qualified recruit for you as soon as they sell that $250 - even if it takes them four months. I had one person who kept putting off her grand opening so I just kind of gave up and let her do her own thing. In the meantime I had two other recruits and I still thought I needed one more to make manager, but as soon as that first person made her initial $250 she started to count for my team and I became a manager! She still doesn't sell much, but she stays active and that is all I need.
