need neighborhood introduction flyer idea...

does anyone have a flyer they used to introduce yourself to your neighbors? i saw an idea someone had about using the door hangers to place a TW flyer along w/a personal flyer about you being a new consultant for the neighborhood and possibly a whistle straw, citrus peeler, or other gadget, and i'm thinking about doing that for my whole street which is only about 20 houses or so.

if anyone has anything i could use as a reference, i'd appreciate it. i'm a pretty new consultant and don't know my neighbors at all, so i think this would be a good idea for starting a customer base.
