How do my customers pay me?
You can accept checks, money orders or cash
you collect the payment made out to you or your party host and then when you place your order you make the payment with a credit card or debit card or you can request Tupperware's Exclusive Debit card that will work with your checking account to make payment if you don't have a debit or credit card
How Much Commission Do I earn?
The Base Commission is 25% on all sales, even on the websites
Each Month you can purchase a special selection of Sample Products at 35% off
Also Any Month that you sell $1,000 in retail product you will earn a 5% bonus, this goes back to the very first sale you made that month
and if you sell $3,000 retail in any given month you would earn a 10% bonus reverting back to your first sale that month.
(so for instance if you sold $3,000 worth of Tupperware in a month you would earn $1,050)
Do I have to keep an inventory of products on hand?
Inventory is not required, you order the products as your customers order the products and pay you, so you are not out alot of inventory expenses
If a customer orders Online, do I have to ship their order?
No, Tupperware Direct Ships each order to the customer :)
How Do I Figure Shipping
shipments to consultants are $2.75 if you order all sales aids
if you order products shipped to consultant or host,
the shipping is $2.75 minimum shipping charge or 10% of the retail purchase
if its a direct to customers shipping there is a flat $4.00 fee plus 10% of the retail..
if you order all samples on an order there is a Flat $4.95 shipping charge on those...no matter how large the sample order, it just can't have regular items on it or that changes the rate to the regular rates

I have been doing some serious Tupperware research and this Topic seem to answer SOOO many of my questions. I have a consultant back in the States who is mailing information, but I'm not too patient :)
I do have a few more questions:
1. Does Tupperware supply any sort of Client Profile cards? To keep track of name, address, phone, email, birthdays, purchases, wish lists, - things like that?
2. Is there a Tupperware Apron or Nametag available?
3. Does Tupperware keep a database of clients that consultants can access? For example, can I get a mailing list of clients from my zip code who have purchased from Tupperware recently?
4. On average, what are the overhead cost for things like catalogs, order forms, samples, and party/game gifts?
Okay, I think that's it for now. Thanks in advance for any answers!

Hi Kelly
#1. Not that I am aware of, I made my own Customer Profile cards using index cards for my offline files and I use Microsoft Software on my lap top for my online files. I also use the Contact Center in my.tupperware website to make notes on customers and hosts.
#2. I made 2 of my name tags myself and the third one I had made for me via a online website.
#3. Not that I am aware of. I know customers & hosts can go to the consultant finder locator and type in their zip code to find a local area consultant but I am not aware of a consultant being able to do the same thing.
#4. All business supplies are listed on the Consultant Sales Aids List located on your my.tupperware website...I think its all reasonable cost.

I keep all of my customer info in my My.Tupperware address book - making notes in the Notes section regarding where/how I met them, special interests, and a list of sales (date and dollar amount). I then use the Lists option so I can group them by party, event, etc.

Okay...I understand where the money in my cash and carry pool is coming from...here's my question:
Right now I have 82.50 in my cash and carry pool. Are there other things to do with that money besides boost my hosts totals? Or is that the only thing the cash and carry pool is for?
Just want to make sure I fully understand what the cash and carry pool is for.
Thanks so much!

Yes you can boost your host credit - but you can only use up to $75. You can also assigh a certain about to orders to qualify for the purchase with purchase (again $75 is the max for the entire party) but you can use $30 on one order and $45 on another order.
LMK if you have more quesitons

How do I request the Tuppperware Exclusive Card to Debit my Checking to pay for my orders? I'm really new to this and I'm having some trouble working this site. I've never dealt with forums before.

Thanks so much for the FAQ's. It helped me alot last night. I signed up yesterday and with your help got my website up and going. I am still a bit nervous about everything. I suppose when I can read through the starter pack when it arrives I will feel more comfortable.

I have yet to get an order, we live in a very rural area. I have ordered some flyers and catalogs, I am goign to take around to neighboring businesses that I frequent often. I have one party scheduled for January 6th. I still feel really overwhelmed. I haven't had my course yet. I haven't sold anything yet. I asked my director (not sure if that is what they are called) when I could take my 1st course but there was no reply.

The cash and carry pool money comes when consultants buy samples as a non-party order. This way the credit can be used toward party credit if you sell your item at the party.
Hope that helps

Chantal,
I am not sure that we Canadians will have all the features that the US consultants will. I have been monitoring the discussions regarding Web Entry hoping to prepare myself for when it arrived up here and our training on it included nothing about Cash and Carry or Freedom Cards. There is a distributorship in Ancaster, Ontario. They have an excellent site with a lot of information dedicated to Web Order Entry. If you would like to email me at snugglebunnies3@rogers.com, I can send you what I was able to glean from them.
Sandy
