Converting files?

Can anyone tell me how to take a pdf file and put it in word. I am having a hard time with the pdf files. Not all of my friends/customers can open pdf's. Any ideas?:conf

PDF are more universal because Adobe Reader, which is PDF, is a free download. I have yet to figure out how to convert it to another format, unless you have the full version of Adobe...then you edit the PDF file. If your customers or someone you know can't open a PDF file...tell them to go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and download the "reader" version...it's free...you have to pay for the other versions and for the program that can convert a file INTO PDF.
