Coupon Code for purchase in May - get R'NS in June?

I can't seem to access the coupon on my.tupperware.com...everytime I try to open it, the file freezes up my whole computer?

I have a couple customers who made purchases in May (from a mall kiosk) and want to take advantage of the June deal.
