How Do I become a Manager?

You can Become a manager in the Tupperware Breakthrough program

when you have

3 Personal *Active recruits

$2000 in team sales~ This is your retail sales along with your recruits retail sales combined for the minimum of $2000 per month

$500 of the sales must be your personal sales and you can promote to manager :)

*active recruits have $250 in retail sales every rolling 4 month period of time...for instance Jan-May they need $250 retail sales
then in june the months that count are
Feb-June and so on...so each new month the previous 4th month drops off... If you think of it like this~ Have a minimum of $65 retail sales every single month and you will never go inactive )

THIS SOUNDS A LIL HARD IN THE BEGENING. DOES THIS HAVE TO BE IN THE FIRST FEW MONTHS OF A TUPPER CONSULTENT? OR AT ANY TIME. IM WONDERING BECAUSE IM REALLY LOOKING IN TO THIS AND LEARNING ALL I CAN ABOUT TUPPER WARE .. WHEN I STARTED I NEW I LOVED TUPPERWARE BUT I DIDNT KNOW WHTA I KNOW TODAY.IM LEARNING SOOOO MUCH THAT IM FEELING LIKE IM GOING TO MAKE THIS BUSNESS FLY .IM VERY EXCITED TAHNKS TO YOU ALL

the numbers can seem so overwhelming at first when you are starting in business

If you get several recruited under you ~
You will be amazed at how it can happen and how things can really build up in no time! :)

The Manager status does not have a time limit to reach it, its available to you at any time so there is no rush or certain set schedule to do this you can go at your own pace and build your team how you want to, with the $25 kit special right now is an awesome time to get others to join in the business with you, its an affordable investment ;)

When you have 3 active recruits and you have personal sales of $500 and team sales (your personal recruits) of $2000 in one month, then you become a manager and earn on your personal sales and your personal recruits. To make money on your whole downline, you need to be a director. Happy Recruiting
