I just have to vent for a second. I've not had a problem with shipping until now. I submitted a consultant order on the 20th and I haven't received it yet. ARGGGHHHH!!!! I placed a party last Thursday and it's already to the customer. This is silly. All right. I feel better thank you for letting me get that off my chest.

Wow Sorry to hear that
I do not understand why it happens like this - is your order saying in ship? Have you called the lovely CC to ask why it has not shipped ?
