I just promoted to Manager last night at Rally. I am so excited, I can't stand myself! Our Canadian Director, Jim Bellonzi, was there, as well as my family. Next to the days my kids were born, was probably the proudest moment of my life. It took over a year but now, I've caught the recruiting bug....
Has anyone had luck recruiting outside of their state/province? I am worried about addressing a new consultant's concerns without the benefit of bringing them to Rally, or even meeting for a coffee for updates. A grand opening almost seems like an impossibility. Any suggestions? Thoughts?
