How Fundraisers Work

Note: All sales force member commissions are calculated on net retail sales after the organization’s profit is paid. Sales credit is also based on net retail sale after the organization’s profit. The fundraising organization’s profit plus the Consultant and any upline commissions are based on retail sales excluding applicable sales tax.
Example: $1,000 fundraiser
Total sales: $1,000
Organization receives: $ 400
Consultant/Manager receives: $ 150 (sales credit and commissions are based on the $600)

Q. How do I approach them about a Tupperware Fundraiser?
A. The best thing you can do it ask if they are interested in hearing about the opportunity of doing a Tupperware Fundraiser. Many many people dont even know there is such a thing! Once you get the ok to talk to them about the fundraiser you can go to your my.tupperware site and you can download all the intro form letters that you can modify.
Q. How can you approach someone you dont know, cold call a Fundraiser?
When you are driving down the road and you see the daycare center STOP. Get out, go in and say "I was just driving by and saw you here, I had to come in to ask if you all have heard about Tupperware's BRAND NEW Fundraising program?" give them a copy of the brochure with your name and #, ask when the director would be available to speak with you.
Q. Who pays for the catalogs?
A. That cost is incurred by the consultant.
Q. What is our commission. Do we take it off the top or does it get mailed to us?
A. Your commission will be 25% of the 60% that you are getting sales credit on - whats left after the groups gets their 40% off the top. When you process the sales you will pay for the 35% (wholesale) and keep the 25% off the top.
Q. How long can they last?
A. They can last as long as you want - a typical fundraiser should not last more than 2 weeks or they will lose interest.
