Quick Shake Cake
This recipe is made using only the Quick Shake and Heat N Serve
Ingredients:
1 -14oz can of Apple Pie Filling or Peach Pie Filling or Cherry Pie Filling
1/4 cup sugar mixed with Cinnamon Vanilla Seasoning
1 egg
1 Quick Shake Seal of Flour (2/3c)
1 Quick Shake Seal of Sugar (2/3 c)
1 Quick Shake Seal Milk (2/3 c)
1 Quick Shake top small seal oil (1 tsp)
2 Quick Shake top small seal of baking powder (2 tsp)
Directions:
Spray inside of 6 1/4 cup Heat n Serve Round with Cooking spray. Place pie filling in base of HNS container. Sprinkle with Sugar and Spice mixture. Break egg in quick shake, seal and shake to scramble slightly. Add flour, sugar, milk and oil in that order to quick shake. Seal and Shake vigorously. Unseal and add baking powder. Seal and shake 6 times and open seal - to breathe. Seal and shake another 6 times. Pour over apple mixture and micro cook on high for 10 minutes uncovered. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes then invert and sprinkle with additional sugar/spice mixture. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
