Want more sales in your Unit? RECRUIT
Want excitement in your Unit? RECRUIT
Want more parties in your Unit? RECRUIT
Want Higher Bonus Money? RECRUIT
Want to drive a Free Tupperware Vehicle? RECRUIT
Want to promote managers?
Teach your team to Recruit!
& Then Develop those recruits!
How do you Recruit?Offer everyone you meet the opportunity!
Ask them if they have ever thought of making Money with TW?
Offer them two choices:
Hold a party & receive Free TW or join me in the business and get your Tupperware discounted all the time!
Ask everyone & anyone if they could use an extra $100 a week?
Let them know we are hiring!
Let them know we have Full Time & Part Time positions!
Let them know we have openings in their area!
Help your recruits Get recruit leads from your team?
Ask them who they met this week who they would love to work with!
Who they met who loves TW?
Who wanted to help pack them up after the party?
Who has a lot of Tupperware?
Who wanted to demo all your products?
Then have them call these leads!!!!!!!
Invite them to the next guest event!/Rally!/Chat
Call them and let them know that "Susie" paid them the highest compliment that anyone receives in TW. she will want to know what that was (& of course they always say "Yes")
Tell them people normally come into TW thru Personal reccomendation and that Susie reccomended you!
She thinks you would be great! & would love to have you on her Team!
Wait for the response: If she says...............I do not want to sell TW..............tell her that you felt that way too when someone asked you and that you would not expect her to make a decision without all the facts and set up a face to face/ or phone interview!
Set Up practice inerviews for your prospectives...so they can learn how to offer the facts about the Tupperware Opportunity!
