Consultants and Managers Can “Shoot for the Stars” in the Shopping Spree!
Through personal sales and recruiting achievement, sales force can select from 36 items in the “Make it Quick!”
Shopping Spree through April 29, 2005. Other highlights include:
Sales Minimums
Consultants & Managers ...................................... $1,000 or more in personal sales per month
Consultants and Managers earn stars for personal sales achievement. With the $1,000 monthly minimum, they will earn 100
stars. Then, for each 100 in personal sales above the $1,000 minimum each month, they will earn 10 additional stars.
Awards
Consultants and Managers can use the stars to shop for any combination of awards up to their total stars for each month of
the challenge period. Example: A qualifier who achieves 1,600 stars can either pick one award from the 1,600 level or any
combination of awards from lower levels that total up to 1,600. Sales force members can continue to shop by mixing and
matching when stars earned exceed 3,000.
Sales are converted to stars for each month of the challenge period. Excess sales from any month which are not converted
to stars may not be carried over to the next month’s star total. Example: A qualifier has total personal sales for January
of $1,252.50 = 120 stars. The $52.50 cannot be converted to stars and cannot be carried over into the personal sales
qualification for the following months of the Shopping Spree.
Monthly Qualification Timeframes:
January ............ December 26, 2004–January 28, 2005
February .......... January 29–February 25, 2005
March .............. February 26–March 25, 2005
April ................. March 26–April 29, 2005
Bonus Stars
When a Shopping Spree qualifier’s sales reach $12,000 in personal sales during the entire four-month qualification period,
the qualifier will receive a one-time bonus of 100 stars.
Stars can be redeemed at any time during the Shopping Spree Challenge and up to six weeks following the end of the
challenge period (June 14, 2005). Awards can be ordered from any combination of star levels that total the stars earned.
How Qualifiers Can Order Awards
Qualifiers can order their awards through My Sales Web Application. A separate section for placing Shopping Spree award
orders is available under the Sales Force tab in My Sales Web Application. This section includes easy-to-follow instructions
for redeeming stars and placing orders for Make It Quick Shopping Spree awards. All Make It Quick Shopping Spree items
will be available for ordering through June 14, 2005. If a qualifer would rather place their order via phone, they can call
Customer Care. Once the program starts, qualifiers will be able to track their orders via My Sales or by calling
Customer Care.

How to Track Your Qualifiers
Tupperware will track qualifiers for you. Consultants will be able to view and redeem their stars for awards in My Sales by
clicking on the Shopping Spree option. (Tupperware will track 1099 information based on awards ordered by qualifiers.)
Contact Information for Awards
To check on an order, or for customer service, qualifiers should view the online tracking information to verify. Qualifiers
should have their customer order number ready when calling.
Order Delivery
Award orders will be sent directly to the address a qualifier specifies when placing a Shopping Spree order. Upon delivery,
either the recipient or someone designated by the recipient must sign in order for the delivery to be completed.
Warranty Issues
A letter from Tupperware will be enclosed with each award, which should be used in lieu of a proof of purchase should any
warranty issues arise. Notification of any defective product awards needs to be reported directly to the product manufacturer.
Shopping Spree Guidelines:
• Stars may be redeemed at any combination of gift levels equivalent to the total number of stars awarded, or less. Example: With
1,600 stars awarded, you may choose any award from that level, or 2 awards from the 400 level and one from the 800 level, and so on. Any
unused stars remaining at the end of the challenge period will be voided.
• With the exception of qualification for the 100 Stars Personal Sales Bonus, monthly personal sales totals cannot be carried over to the
following month.
• Each month, qualifiers will receive stars once they have achieved the minimum $1,000 in personal sales for that month’s Vanguard period
(see dates in chart) at a ratio of 10 stars per $100 in personal sales. No stars will be awarded for personal sales until the $1,000 monthly minimum
is met. Example: With $1,050 in monthly personal sales, a qualifier will receive 100 stars. The remaining $50 does not carry over to the next month.
• Stars may be redeemed for gifts at any time during the challenge period, and up to six weeks following the end of the period (until June 14, 2005).
• You have 12 days from scheduled delivery date to report non-receipt of gifts. If you do not report within this timeframe, we will not be able to file
claim for a replacement.
• You will assume the risk of loss if a package is not received in circumstances where you have an agreement with the courier that signature is
not required.
• Each award will be accompanied by a dated letter of acknowledgement to be used in place of a receipt. This is to be used by the manufacturer’s
warranty detail in case of warranty issues. As with any award, we encourage you to inspect the award immediately upon receipt.
• At the time of redemption, you must have an active status.
