Need Newspaper Advertising Wording

I am getting ready to run an ad in our local newspaper. It's a small town (5,000 people) and I can get a really good rate so I want to run it for a month or two at a time.
I am really at a loss as to what to say in the ad. I have a website and a dedicated email address.
Does anyone have any ideas that they could share with me? I greatly appreciate any thoughts on this. :thanks2

I like it! Short and sweet and to the point. I guess I was just trying to make it harder than it needed to be. I tend to get too wordy on things like that.
