Website Question

I have noticed that alot of consultants have a different URL (i think that is right :-)for their my.tupperware site. How can I change mine? I find it is alot for a person to remember....www.my.tupperware.com/karenrester....that is alot to write and to remember!! I want something simple. Can anyone tell me how?
