Mini-Calzones (Makes 10)

1 (12 oz.) package refrigerated biscuit dough

1 1/2 cup pasta sauce (i like to use just the plain tomato sauce)

20 slices pepperoni
(or you can used browned ground beef or canadian bacon or you can also use chopped mushrooms or onion...whatever you like on your pizzas :)

1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese

1-1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian Herb Seasoning

In a Stuffables Container or Rock N Serve or whatever type of Tupperware container you have on hand,
combine pasta sauce, and Seasoning;
set aside.

On a cookie sheet lined with the Silicone Wonder Mat, press out each biscuit to a 3-3 1/2" diameter
(the bigger you can get it the easier it is to work with).

Place 2 Tbsp. sauce in center of disk,
sprinkle with 1 1/2 Tbsp. cheese and finally 2 slices of pepperoni. or Tablespoon of ground beef

Fold disk in half, pinching together the dough with the tines of a fork.

Repeat procedure until finished. Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool slightly before serving.

Recipe Variations:

Vegetarian:
Substitute finely chopped green pepper, onion or mushrooms - (needs to be finely chopped to fit in nicely).

Sausage:
Substitute Italian sausage or turkey sausage.
Or Ground Beef or canadian bacon
