It's 2 minute fudge
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Put all ingredients in microwave safe container. Cook for 2 minutes, remove from microwave and stir.
(You could use the rock n serve, heat n serve, microsteamer, oval microwave cooker or whatever microwavable item you have to demo this )
Pour into container,
butter or spray nonstick spray into a Modular mate rec 1 or large rock n serve or other tupperware container
let set til cooled.
then Cut and serve.
You can also divide one batch into four sandwich keepers for teachers, or one of the other containers. Put a bow on, and it makes a nice gift. Something sweet, and Tupperware also.
