Overview of the Consultant Finder on Tupperware.com
How does it work?

The Consultant Finder feature link is located in the lower-left corner on Tupperware.com and allows visitors to find members of the sales force in or near their location, based on the online visitor's physical address and/or zip code. The system generates a list of 10 names, sorted by the shortest physical distance to the online visitor conducting the search. The visitor has the option to search all members of the sales force, or to search for only Distributors or Directors.

When online visitors click on any name on the list, they are routed to that sales force member's personal

My.Tupperware Web site. The system will then place a "cookie" on the visitor's computer, to track the "online relationship" between that visitor and the sales force member chosen from the Consultant Finder list. (A cookie is a small file that contains tracking information.)

Customers wishing to open Online Parties or Online Gift Registries will utilize the Consultant Finder feature if they have not visited a sales force member's personal My.Tupperware in the past.

Who is included in the Consultant Finder?

Inclusion in the Tupperware.com Consultant Finder is a privilege reserved only for those sales force members who have an "active" status in Tupperware and have a paid My.Tupperware Plus or Gold account.

Members of the sales force are automatically included in the Consultant Finder unless:

They have a My.Tupperware Starter Account
They have a 30-day free trial My.Tupperware account
They have a Plus or Gold account listed as "Past Due Hold"
They have an "Inactive Open" status
They have an "Inactive Closed" status
How often is the Consultant Finder updated with new Consultants?

Tupperware updates the Consultant Finder each week–usually on Mondays. During the update, new sales force members are added and those who no longer qualify to be included in the Consultant Finder are removed. We are currently exploring ways to add Consultants more quickly–possibly daily. We'll keep you posted on our progress.

New Vendor for the Consultant Finder

Tupperware recently switched to a new vendor service to provide the technology for both the Consultant Finder and Mall Showcase Finder. We expect this change to provide more robust tools and better/faster ways to add sales force members to these systems.

Policy Change: Effects of Breakthrough for the Consultant Finder

At one time, Tupperware Distributors had the option of registering more than one zip code, as a way to include all of the areas their Distributorships serviced. With the implementation of the Breakthrough Plan, the system will only allow one address and zip code (the "primary ship-to" address) for each member of the sales force listed in this system. This change will take place on April 15, 2005.

Your Primary "ship-to" address can be found in My.Tupperware by clicking on the "my account" link (at the top of any page) and then clicking on the "Addresses" section. Any changes made to this address will take effect after the weekly update.

Please remember–the primary "ship-to" Address in My.Tupperware is the same as the Primary "ship-to" address in the My Sales Web Application–any changes made will register in both places.
