Taco Dip

1 (16 ounce) pkg of sour cream
1 bar of Cream Cheese
1 pkt. Taco Seasoning
1 (8 ounce) jar of Salsa
Lettuce (chopped)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Olives
Shredded Cheese

Combine first 3 ingredients; spread on bottom of pan. Spread sauce on top, layer veggies, olives and cream cheese. Arrange Taco chips around edges of the dish.

Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

1 cup (8 ounce) Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of whipped topping
Assorted Fresh Fruit

In a bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter and cinnamon; mix well. Fold in the whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Fresh Fruit. Yields: About 1 2/3 cups.

This recipe can also be doubled for larger needs.

Easy Shrimp Dip

2 (4 ounce) cans of shrimp
1 cup of mayonaise
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of ketchup
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. horseradish

Rinse shrimp with cold water and drain. Add salad dressing, sour cream, ketchup, lemon juice and horseradish. Chill for atleast 1 hour. Serve with crackers or chips.

Watermelon Salsa

2 cups of watermelon, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. water chestnuts, chopped
2 to 4 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. powdered garlic (or fresh minced garlic)

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving. Makes 2 Cups.

Dip for veggies or chips.

1 16oz. tub of sour cream
1 cup of mayo
1 lg onion chopped fine
1/2 cup of veggie delight spice

Mix all together, best after chilled for awhile.

I could have sold at least 15 packets of spice at my sister's graduation party.
