Tupperware Career Pins

It’s a wonderful feeling to successfully achieve a big goal. It not only validates your dedication and hard work, it also instills you with confidence for the future. Wouldn’t it be great to have something that reminded you of that feeling every day? Now you can!
Honoring Your Achievement
Tupperware’s new Career Pins are treasured keepsakes that display your progress along the Tupperware career path and honor your special achievement. During the past several months, Tupperware awarded Career Pins based on the level sales force members achieved when they moved to the Breakthrough Plan. Pins for Managers and Star Managers were sent to upline Directors or Legacy Executive Directors for awarding; while pins for Directors and up were sent to and awarded by Regional Vice Presidents.
Each time you promote-up to a new level, you’ll receive a new pin that corresponds to your individual level of achievement. Upline Directors who promoted-up prior to April 2005 will receive new pins as soon as the vendor shipment arrives this month. Those who promote-up to the next career level in April, May and June will be recognized and awarded new pins at Jubilee. Those not attending Jubilee will be awarded new pins directly from their upline Director or Legacy Executive Director. In the future, we plan to send pins to the upline Director in the month following the sales force member’s promotion to the next career level.
Career Pin Levels
Here’s what you can achieve along the Tupperware career path:
Consultants who have 3 or more personal recruits with an active status, personal sales of $500/month and average of $2,000/month in team sales will promote up to Manager and receive the silver Manager Pin. (Active status is defined as having $250 or more in personal sales within a continuous four-month time frame.)
Managers who have 6 or more personal recruits with an active status, personal sales of $500/month, and average $4,000/month in team sales will promote up to Star Manager and receive the Star Manager Pin. The pin is in silver with one ruby stone.
Managers who have 9 or more personal recruits with an active status, personal sales of $500/month and average of $7,000/month in team sales will promote up to Star Manager. In addition to receiving the Star Manager Pin, Managers may sign the Letter of Intent to enter the Director in Qualification Program.
Managers who have completed the Director in Qualification program and signed the Director Agreement, have personal sales of $500/month and average team sales of $10,000/month will promote up to Director and receive the gold Director Pin.
Directors who develop 1 Director, have personal sales of $500/month and average team sales of $10,000 will promote up to Star Director and receive the Star Director Pin. The pin is in gold with one sapphire stone in the center.
Directors with 2 promoted Directors and who have maintained personal sales of $500 and average team sales of $10,000 will promote up to Two Star Director and will receive the Two Star Director Pin. The pin is in gold with sapphires in the center and first row.
Directors with 5 promoted Directors who have maintained personal sales of $500 and average team sales of $10,000 will promote up to Three Star Director and receive the Three Star Director Pin. The pin is in gold with sapphires in the center and two rows.
Directors with 10 promoted Directors (from among which at least 4 are Star Directors) who have maintained average team sales $10,000 will promote up to Executive Director and be awarded the Executive Director Pin. The pin is in gold with diamonds in the center and first row.
Directors with 20 promoted Directors (from among which at least 8 are Star Directors) who have maintained average team sales of $10,000/month will promote up to Presidential Director and receive the Presidential Director Pin. The pin is in gold with diamonds in the center and two rows.
