I have a customer that wants a copy of a recipe for pizza crust. She says it came from Tupperware, but she has been unable to find it. I have not found anyone locally that has it. If you think you have one, I'd appreciate a copy.

This I got when I first started Tupperware from my Manager and we love it!
2 1/2 to 3 cups of Flour
1 package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
In Mix-N-Stor combine 1 1/4 cups of flour, yeast and salt. Stir in warm water and oil. Beat at low speed fro 1/2 minutes then beat on high for 3 minutes. Stir in flour with Silicone Saucy Spatula. On lightly floured Silicone Wonder Mat, knead in flour to make it moderately stiff - will be smooth and elastic. Bake on Silicone Wonder Mat, remove before serving.
For Thin Crust: Cover dough & let sit 10 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Add Simple Pizza Sauce and desired toppings & bake 10 - 15 minutes more.
For Pan Crust: Return dough to Mix-N-Stor - seal & let rise in a warm place until double in size (about 1 hour). Punch down and divide in half - let sit 10 minutes. Place in pan & cover let rise until double in size (30-45 minutes). Bake at 275 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Add Simple Pizza sauce and esired toppings & bake 20 -25 more minutes.
Simple Pizza Sauce
1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
1 tablespoon Chef Series Italian Herb Seasoning
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons water
In Rock 'N Serve add all ingredients, mix with Saucy Silicone Spatula until all are combined. Spread with Saucy Silicone Spatula on pizza crust and add desired toppings and cheeses. Follow pizza crust directions for baking.
I usually do thin crust at parties and pan crust at home. I do a pizza theme party and they all love it. If you wanted to do pan crust at the party I would have most of it done before the party as it has to rise.
