$4 Shipping Fee for all orders below $75 in retail
Starting in May we added a $4 Consultant Shipping Fee to all party and non-party shipments that fall below $75 in Retail. The $4 shipping fee should only be charged if Class 1 (Regular), Class 2 (Parts), and Class 8 (Sales Special) items are ordered and the retail is lower than $75. The extra shipping fee should not be applied if only Warranty, Samples, or Sales Aids are ordered (including a combination of these items). The fee is also waived for Customer-Direct Orders because they are already charged an extra $4 shipping fee.
This $4 fee is being incorrectly added to orders that are only a combination of Warranty, Samples and/or Sales Aides as well as some orders that require a coupon. We are currently working on a correction for this issue that will be implemented in mid-July. In the meantime, if you place an order where you are incorrectly charged the additional $4, based on the above mentioned guidelines, please contact Customer Care and request a credit for the $4.
