? about Opening Party

I had my opening party on Sat and am closing it out tomorrow.

But im not sure I understand how it works?

I talked to my manager that I signed up under (unfortunatly she doesnt seem like much help).
All she said was she will put the orders for my opening party in my name but she gets the sales?

How exactly does that work?

I know when you are a new consultant and you have your Grand Opening....Your manager hosts the party for you to introduce you as a new consultant to your family and friends....
And at the GO your manager does get the commission for the party but you get the training of the party, the datings at the party, the hostess gifts at the party, the guests are your customers for the future and if you get two or more recruits at your party then you become a new manager...
And if you host a Grand Opening then you get the sales...I know when I had mine it didnt make sense either... for first I had like an open house but had no sales and my manager said we still need to do a grand opening before I become a consultant and is registrated with the office...
If you dont get much help from your Manager well we can be a big help in your business... Attend Rallies in your area for you will get training with them and they are alot of fun....
