I liked it as long as you could ONLY link up one and have to do it within 14 days.
Before then....you could link up several before closing it out and drag it on for weeks, I was soooooo happy to see that change and I like the last version of it as I said in sentence #1.
I think not allowing partial parties will hurt in the long run in regards to emergency circumstances.
When it comes to IN HOME parties, I rarely had to use partial parties.
When I did have to use it was mainly for hosts with catalog parties.
I miss it but it really doesnt effect my business at all now.

I just started about 4 months ago, so I didn't get to use them a whole lot, but it was wonderful the times I did use it! I surely miss them!!!

I also miss Partial Parties! And I hope that they listen to us and bring them back! What we all need to do is write Customer Care and explain how important Partial Parties are to your business. Remember the squeaky wheel! If we make a big enough stink about it, hopefully they will bring it back!!

I would have to agree with Shelly. The partial party was only good for a set duration. If you have a low outcome on attendees, and you want to numbers to jump for that particular party, it ws cool having the option not to close out immediately. However, not having it, gently pushing us to work on closing the deal much earlier.

Still not sure I understand it but:
a) if they don't do them right now, it's one less thing for me to worry about. :D
b) I learn a lot by keeping my mouth shut and listening! :p
