Customer ask me about the salt and pepper shakers, can I still get them? Not sure on the size she wanted. Also can I get the sugar and creamer set still? Both of these are no longer in the book. :conf Here's a big Hug for any help I can get!!! :hug: Thanks so much!!!

I'm not sure which one she is looking for. She doesn't know either. All she wants is a salt and pepper shaker set. Same way with the sugar and creamer set. All she told me is that they use to carry these items and she can't find them in either one of the books. All she wanted to know is if she can still get them and what's the cost would be for both. How can I get one of those replacement part catalogs. Can I find the discontinued items on my website when ordering? Please guild me how I'm new here. She is probally looking for the hourglass Salt & Pepper Shaker Set, I get requests for that set almost weekly and it was D/C'd last fall. I don't know if its available in the parts/warranty catalog or not...the last time I checked (a few months ago) it wasn't but I am unsure about its status now.

There is also a free printable parts replacement/warranty catalog too available thru your my.tupperware site, I forget where I located it last month when I printed it out. If you can't find it, drop me an email and I will go in and try to find it again or I can look it up for you.

Don't forget to check with the members of your 'ship for Discontinued Merchandise. Many of us who have been in a while have a stock pile hidden away in our closets, attics, basements, garages, sheds, and barns.

Just recently, I met a couple who was very eager to replace the poultry keeper their son took home and never returned. They never expected me to find one, but they had to ask just the same. I asked my distributor who in turn put a note out to the rest of the 'ship. Sure enough, one of the girls had one stashed away in her basement!! The couple couldn't have been happier!!
