:help: I have the chipotle seasoning but I don't have a recipe for the salsa that was made at a tupperware party I went to. Can someone give it to me?

Thanks :daisy1:

I dont know if this is the one you are looking for or not but its my hubby's favorite!

Pineapple Salsa
(makes about 2 1/2 cups)

1/2 c. sweet onion (Vidalia)
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1 c. chunk pineapple (canned in natural juice, drained)
1/2 Tbsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning

Place onion and red pepper in Quick Chef (tm) with blade; turn handle 5 or 6 times. Add pineapple and Seasoning; cover and turn handle 5 or 6 more times or until fruit is coarsely chopped. Serve with Tortilla Chips or use as a topping for poultry or fish.

The one I use all the time is:
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 - 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
Juice of 1/2 of a lime
garlic salt to taste
1TBSP Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
Opt. 2 TBSP fresh cilantro

Everything goes in the Quick Chef and mixed and cut up. I actually have found that if you do the onions and garlic first they will be a finer cut then if you put them all together! I love this stuff.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for.

Simply Salsa

(makes about 2 cups)

1 med. onion (peeled & cut in half)
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning
Latin Sensations Seasoning to Taste

Optional Ingredient: 2-3 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro

Using a Chef Series (tm) paring knife peel and slice onion into 4 pieces; place in Quick Chef (tm) with blade, cover and turn handle until onion is roughly chopped. Add remaining ingredients; cover and turn handle until desired consistency.

Serve with: Tortilla Chips or as a topping for Taco's.
