Freedom Card Account Question

I need to change the Checking Account associated with my Freedom Card - has anyone done this and how do you do it?
I emailed the same question to the Freedom Card site, but haven't gotten a response yet.

Hi Kelly, I did this about 2 years ago and I called a phone # that was on my freedom card activation form which I still had at that time and they sent me a new form to fill out to change it. I dont have that info any longer. If there is a phone # on the website, I would call that or request a new account form thru the website.
