I am not sure what I should do here.....I am sure if she sees this she will get mad at me, but I need some advice!!!!

Although I have sold TW on and off for sometime I recently (a few months ago) signed up via the internet under someone not near me. Not a big deal, BUT.........

It seems she never wishes to reply to my emails. I have sent several since I signed up, and only two have been replied to (one of which by someone else stating she was going out of town.....even though I sent the first request weeks prior to her leaving, this one was the thrid attempt to ask the same question)

She was good at sending info initially, and I felt it was going to go well.

She sent me a form email a few days ago (I am about to be inactive due to family issues, although I want to remain active)....I replied letting her know what was going on and asking what I could do. No reply (which I guess I wasn't really expecting anyway)

Since I have joined I have not had much contact, I do get some info, but it all seems to arrive after the fact (on line chats, etc) or I am unable to open newsletters :o(

I LOVE TW and really do not want to lose my website, but what can I do if I do not place the rest of the qualifying order by tomorrow (I believe it is the 24th, or the 26th)?? Can I get my 'old' website if I sign up under someone else after I am inactive? How long do I have to wait to rejoin?? There is NO WAY I can place an almost $200 within the next few days (or weeks at that) so I guess I will be out of TW again :o(

Any advice would be apprectiated...I am going in circles here! :rain

Hi little contact. You need to call customer service.Explain the problem and they can help you from there. As a manager I try to keep close contact with all of my consultants, sometimes it takes a few days but I try to talk to them weekly. That is a very important part in being a manager to me.However there are some consultants that do not want to move up to manager. They still recruit because they know that TW is the best.Very understandable!!!!!!Keep using burp it for tips, but call customer service ASAP.I hate to see you miss out on your party sales for the month of June.Hope this helps,Goodluck.

Thank you for the info!

She is a manager, so I thought it was a great way to get started again.

Thank you to everyone who has replied! It has made me feel a little better about the situation.

Funny thing is that although she can NEVER reply to me she can send emails to EVERYONE with the life story of her and her Mother. I am sorry she has health issues, but I am at the point I could really care less. (I am SO sorry that sounds so bad, I am just at the end of my rope with this situation.)

To make matters worse when I contacted TW I was told there is nothing that can be done. Isn't that nice. I guess that is why some people are getting so frustrated with TW.

It seems my only option out of this is to let my account go totally inactive (shame too since I do have such a good summer lined up) It has been so bad I have been putting orders in under my friend (I should have recruited under her)

This whole thing is so upsetting....and I can't believe that TW just lets it continue. We should have the option of going to another distributor or something. I guess what I had planned with TW will not be :o( :rain

You all have been so sweet.....I can not thank you enough for all of the great info! I think I have found a solution to my 'problem' and will have it all taken care of within the next month! :o) Too bad TW doesn't want to help though

It is surprising how many others have been treated this way :o(

Although I have not gotten the support from my 'upline' I sure have gotten it here...you have all had me in tears (in a good way this time!!)

I can understand the frustration. It has happened to me in other lines. Luckily, the upline/tw family I have is FANTASTIC! :awe:
