CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
8 ounces heavy whipping cream (must be COLD)
1 Oreo cookie (or 5-6 mini Oreos)
Graham cracker sticks or vanilla wafers
Cinnamon-Vanilla Spice
Put the sugar, cocoa and Spice in the bottom of the Quick Chef. Add the heavy whipping cream. Use the
paddle in the Quick Chef and whip for about 1 minute until it pulls away from the middle. Use a Saucy
Silicone Spatula to place in the Sheerly Elegant™ Petite Bowl. Garnish with the Oreo crushed in The
Chopper Machine. Serve with graham cracker sticks.
CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS
Makes 8 wraps
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets
1 (10 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
½ cup hoisin sauce or dipping sauce (found in ethnic aisle)
1 -1 ½ tsp Ginger Teriyaki Seasoning
1 head Iceberg lettuce (8 lettuce leaves)
Rinse lettuce, peel leaves and set aside to dry or use the Spin ‘N Save™ Salad Spinner to dry them.
Preheat a Chef Series™ 9.5” Fry Pan on Med-High heat 1 ½ - 2 minutes. Chop chicken into 1/2” pieces
using the Chef Series™ 8” Chef Knife and Easy-Lift™ Cutting Board. Add chicken to pan, stirring
frequently with a Chef Series™ Slotted Turner. Using The Chopper Machine or Quick Chef, coarsely
chop water chestnuts; add to chicken and stir together. When chicken is just about cooked through, stir in
hoisin sauce and seasoning. Spoon mixture evenly into center of lettuce leaves, roll up and serve
immediately.
The Open House™ Chip ‘N Dip cover is perfect for serving the Chicken Lettuce Wraps family-style. Place
the freshly rinsed lettuce leaves in one section of the cover, the chicken mixture in another. In the third
section, you may wish to add steamed rice or simply fill with Fortune Cookies.
