PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
Make this in the Microsteamer
1 JIFFY CAKE MIX
1 EGG
½ CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 CAN PINEAPPLE SLICES OR CRUSHED
3 TBS. MARGARINE
(CHERRIES IF DESIRED)
Mix cake mix egg and ½ cup of pineapple juice.
Melt margarine in Mircrosteamer, sprinkle w/
Brown sugar place pineapple AND cherries on top of sugar. Pour on
Cake batter and cook on high 7-8 minutes.
