just a thought! after reading the problem that some are having with manager, think tw would think about doing a manager survey??? maybe this would stop the problem? even if it means putting some on a high risk manager list. it's very up setting to see someone ready to drop out just because of a manager (how do i put this niceley) not careing,not having time for them. how would we go about getting tw to think about something like this. does anyone agree? after all there is no I in team! :team let's be a team and try to help these ladys. :c14 not all can have a great manager, but we all should have a caring manager!!!!!!

Managers need to be the ones who keep in touch with their downline!!!!! This shows that you care about your business!!! This way you won't have anyone else to blame if your business fails!!! They are suppose to cheer you on. Not forget about you after you sign up!!! People should have the right to quit on these managers. And resign up under someone else who will support them. Business is business. Not fun and games!!! :co1
