This Recipe is
From Dawn Simpson- GrandStyle Enterprises
preheat oven to 350 degrees
you will need:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can (11oz) madarin oranges with the juice
4 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 large box INSTANT vanilla pudding
1 large (20oz) can crushed pineapple
1 large (12oz) cool whip
Strawberries or raspberries
Combine cake mix, madarin oranges with the juice, eggs, & oil. Beat until smooth (or as smooth as possible) Pour batter in 3 round greased and floured pans. Bake.
Frosting:
Combine vanilla pudding packet with pineapple (drained). Add in cool whip and fold gently together.
Once cakes have cooled, frost one layer then add next layer and frost so on and so forth. Garnish with strawberries or raspberries.
Make sure to keep in refridgerator.
