Twenty Minute Lasanga

Ingredients:

1 Box Oven Ready Lasagna
1 1/2-2 lbs Ground Beef
12-16 ounces Ricotta Cheese
52 oz. Spaghetti sauce ( jar or homemade)
1 1/2 lbs shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Brown Ground Beef in microwave. Place Beef in a colander with a bowl big enough underneath to catch all the drippings. Microwave the meat on high 5-8 minutes.

Mix sauce and meat together. Spread thin layer on bottom of Rock and serve Large deep. Spread ricotta cheese onto 3 pieces of Lasagna, place noodles on sauce. Sprinkle layer of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat Layers 3 to 4 times- as desired. Top with Parmesan Cheese. Apply seal, rock the lid and Microwave on high for about 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or longer before serving.


Rock N' Serve Chicken

1 Skinless, Bineless Chicken Breast
1 slice of swiss cheese
1 slice of ham
Margarine or butter
Cracker Crumbs, Cheese or Ritz

Pound the chicken until thin. Lay the cheese, the the ham on the chicken breast. Roll up all three together and secure with a tooth pick. Toll in melted butter and then in Cracker crumbs. Cook in the small rock N serve for 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave. Allow standing time and serve. Make one generous serving or two smaller ones/

Rock N serve Cobbler

1 small package Archway Oatmeal Cookies
1 Can pic filling ( just pick your favorite, any will work)

In the large shallow Rock N Serve crumble half of the cookies. Top with the pic filling and then crumble the remaining cookies on top of the filling. Microwave for 5 minutes. Delicious when served warm with Vanilla Ice Cream or cool whip


South of the Border Dip

1 Lb Ground beef or turkey
1 Med Onion
16 oz can refried beans
4 oz can green chilies Drained and chopped
1/2 cup shredded Montery Cheese
3/4 cup Taco Sauce
1 Med Avocado, mashed
1 cup sour Cream
1/4 chopped green onion
8 oz pitted ripe olives, sliced
2 Bags of tortilla chips

Microwave meat on high using a colander with a bowl underneath to catch the drippings. In the Rock N serve Large Shallow, spread the refired beans and top with meat mixture. Layergreen chilies, cheese and taco sauce. Microwave on highfor 5 more minutes. combine Avocado and sour cream. Sthingy onto the heated mixture, garnish with green onions and olives. Serve with Tortilla chips. Serve 12-15
