Sugar Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F.
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PhiladelphiaŽ Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
Colored sugar, sprinkles or gel
Beat softened cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Refrigerate in a covered Tupperware container several hours or overnight.
Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut into shapes with the 8-in-1 Cookie Cutter Set. Place on Silicone baking mat, on top of a cookie sheet for support.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove with the Cookie Lifter to cool, preferably onto wire racks. Decorate with colored sugar or sprinkles, or wait until cooler and decorate with colored gels.
Seal in an airtight Tupperware container, or package some in smaller containers for gifts, container and all!
