from time to time. I pick 4 or 5 items that don't usually sell really well for me. Then I'll give the guests 3 minutes to look through the book and remember everything they can. At the end of the 3 minutes I ask them to close their books and the first person to find the item wins a prize. Plus I then demonstrate the item. They have a blast and love the free gift and I usually sell at least 2 of the items I show. Remembering 2 is good for a small town like I live in.
