this is a link to the parts replacement catalog online
you can also order a hard copy sales aid item
To Look up an item for replacement

You will need to have the 4 digit code off the tupperware item that is damaged
and look it up.
If there is an item number beside the 4 digit code this item can be ordered in
web order entry as a WARRANTY category item you will need to use the other 4 digit ITEM NUMBER
to replace it.

These Damaged items do not have to be sent in.
they can just be maked with a Black Magic Marker with a Big D and tossed away.

If there is an OBS beside the product mold number then that item is obsolete and is no longer available therefore,
your customer will then get credit towards an order of the amount shown beside that item.

this has to be put into web order entry using the mold number and as an OBSOLETE category item.

To Place the order go to

if you need assistance with warranty items you can call customer service

Using your Online Replacement Parts Catalog
Under the terms of our warranty, we guarantee Tupperware. brand products against chipping, cracking, peeling, or breaking under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. In some cases, customers may lose parts or damage products in ways not covered by the warranty. Making these parts available for purchase is a service we're pleased to offer our customers. This Online Replacement Parts Catalog can help you locate the necessary ordering information and suggested retail prices quickly and easily.

You can find the mold number on the product. Every Tupperware. brand product has a two-part number stamped into it. The first part (before the dash) is the mold number.

To search for a Mold Number, Item Number, or Item/Component Name in an Adobe Acrobat PDF document.

Click on the Parts Replacement Catalog at the bottom of the page to view it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Choose Find from the Edit menu. The find dialog box appears.
Type the mold number, item number or item/component name that you're looking for in the text field.
Click the Find button. The first occurrence of that word in the document will be highlighted.
To find the next occurrence of a found word in a PDF document:
Click Find Again from the Edit dialog box.
The next occurrence of that word will be highlighted.

OBS in place of an item number means the part is obsolete and not available for ordering. CAT in place of an item number means the item is not available as a part because it is a one piece item that is currently being sold in our full line catalog. Use the item number that is given after the description.

The price under the CREDIT VALUE column is the amount of credit that the consumer should receive if they are given credit or if the product is obsolete.

The price under the SUGG. RETAIL column is the amount that the consumer should be charged if they wish to purchase a part.

See #2520 means mold #2520 is a suggested comparable replacement.
See #2511 etc. "etc." means additional parts make up a complete unit.

I have some old seals and the letter is on it but can't see any mold number. I looked through the parts catalog pdf file and there is no letters listed. Someone said its in the beginning of the replacement parts catalog but I don't see it in the pdf file version. So how do we find replacements with letters?

Did Tupperware change the way you input for obsolete items? I don't see that as a selection (only warranty)...and when i try to input the mold number with using the warranty category it gets rejected.

I have 2 items that I need to get credit for so that I can pass the savings onto my customers.

thanks!!!!

Are you trying to enter the obsolete items on a consultant order? The OBS option only comes up on a customer order screen. Sometimes I will give a customer an item from my stock to replace an OBS item and use the credit myself, but I have to input it under a customer's name. If that isn't the problem then I don't know what to suggest except for calling customer care, because I don't think it has changed recently.
