Commission check?

I have yet to receive a commission check from a party submitted on June 24? I signed up for direct deposit last month, but the check hasn't been deposited and I haven't received it in the mail.
Can anyone help with how long it takes to receive a check - two months seems to be too long. If it's "lost in the mail" who do I contact? Thanks so much.

If you paid with Your credit card, then you paid what your cost , plus shipping and tax was. There will not be a refund. You have the difference in what you collected. Now if the total was paid by the hostess with credit card, then when you submitted the party....it would tell you that you had an overpayment. That check would come from Tupperware, and it usually takes about 2-3 weeks sometimes. Hope that helps clear up things for you.
