I know I saw recipe using the Oval Microwave Cooker that had sliced potatoes at the bottom, then chicken breast and covering it with cream of chicken/cerley/mushroom soup - But now, of course, I can't find it...
Does anyone know this recipe and could you please post it???
Thanks so much....

This is a recipe that I have made it might not be the same one but maybe close. You can add seasonings or onions if you want.
OVEN BAKED CHICKEN AND POTATOES
4 chicken breast might want to cut in smaller strips
2 to4 med. potatoes
1 can cream soup (celery , chicken or mushroom) your choice
oval microware cooker
Arrange chicken pieces in cooker. Add potatoes, sliced thin, putting on, between or under chicken pieces. Heat soup in mcrowave with small amount of water in your 2 cup micro pitcher, pour over chicken and potatoes. Cover with lid Cook about 8 mins keep checking making sure its getting done. Might take longer depends on Microwave.
We Like it with Mushroom soup.
