I'm so sorry to hear about your director and recruiter! Whatever you do, don't let them get you down!!!! Have you tried calling all your family and friends? Or how about going door-to-door in your neighborhood, introducing yourself as the new TW lady in the area. If you do this, try not to put too much pressure on the sales aspect, though...instead, make sure they know about the lifetime warranty. If they believe you're not in it to just make money, but you actually care about customer service, they're more likely to order or date! (But be sure to leave a catalog and/or flyer with everyone!)

When it rains, it pours! Sorry to hear about your husband, too!
Does your 'ship have a mall cart/kiosk? That can be a good source of leads. Or, are any of your local schools or churches having any sort of boutique/flea market in the near future? They're usually pretty cheap (under $20) to get a space. Just set up a table, have lots of catalogs and flyers, a few demo items, and talk to everyone that walks by. You might even have a couple of small items that you could give away if they date or place an order on the spot (I'd go something very small, like perhaps a smidget filled w/ seasoning, or citrus peeler).

Well Now i have found out the only way that my manager has kept active is selling on ebay! a HUGE no no!
As far as the kiosk thing...........my 'ship doesnt agree to those and doesnt like anyone to do them. I went to the southern womens show this past weekend and my advanced director took my party she said i wasnt advanced enough because she wanted to join tupperware WANNA TALK ABOUT MAKIN SOMEONE MAD!
anyway other than that im not sure what to do. im not giving up but im so pissed i got a nasty email from my manager this morning saying i dont know her situation..........no i probably dont but if she would return my phone calls within the past four months maybe i would know! how hard is it to pick up the phone and say hey krissie this is what is going on! HOW MUCH COMMON SENCE DOES THAT TAKE?
IM READY TO PULL MY HAIR OUT! I definately wasnt asking her to hand me things i need ideas i also need her to do her job! this is part of what she wrote to me............
As far as being your Manager, as you knew from day one, I trained you in a one-on-one training at my house with another consultant... You are a part of a team of managers... Marcia, Corinne and myself. It is not just me. You are responsible for getting the parties and doing the work. As I said in my earlier email, you were given the tools by a variety of people, its your choice what you do with them. Your comments online in an open forum about me were flat out rude and disrespectful. Especially when you've known the situation with my family. I believe if you feel like you are going to get any business or start anything, you need to really focus on not placing blame on someone else. I had several bad months and several set backs, but they were my choice and my decision. There can't possibly be two companies with two managers that failed you with no part or responsibility on you. Pampered Chef "failed because of your manager" and now "your manager is no help". Krissie, I would never openly tell people things like that about you and you as a consultant of Tupperware should be doing the same. I will be back and I can promise you that I have not quit, but rather am doing what is best for my family at the time. When I complained when my business got slow, I had to figure out how to get it back up and I ended up being the #1 manager last year. You don't get that way from things being handed to you. I couldn't dedicate the time or energy to to this past few months and my family took first place. I knew when to step back. That doesn't mean that I tell everyone on a website that I failed because someone wouldn't do something for me. As I said before, I have not quit, and I will be back.... so if you feel like you are going to continue selling, I would appreciate your comments about me to be kept to yourself.
all she had to do was call me and say look this is what is up.....................and i would have left it alone and found other venues of working things out! i didnt need her to go and bless me out....granted im doing all of this while getting cancer treatments and going to school and raising a family too so i know about life! UUUUUUUUGHHHHHHHHHHH FRUSTRATED!

Definitely don't let it get you down! TW is your business to run how you want. Don't let your manager/director dictate how to do it, when to do it, where to do it, etc. As for the party that was snatched out of your hand, I'd be furious!!! There is not such thing as not being advanced enough. How would she expect you to become "advanced" unless you dive in head first???? My advice to you is to steer clear of those negative influences, find some friendly and helpful Tupper Buddies (like on this board or the TW.com message boards, and start building the business of YOUR dreams, not theirs.
And, sorry if any of this offends anyone...that's not my intent, nor am I trying to discourage anyone from having an open relationship with their upline; however, in this case, it seems like this poor girl's upline is more of a hinderance that help. Just my .02

Well, Krissie sounds like you have your hands full. What you might want to do is go to some churches or schools around your area and try to pitch the idea of a fundraiser, now that the holidays are coming, most churches try to raise money to donate goods. Take some brochures and display them at your local supermarket. List your business on the pennysaver or the recycler....althought i don't know whether they have that available in your area. You can also try a Tupperware Open House....display some products....spread out catalogs....have drinks and snacks....relieves the pressure of making a presentation and gets your name out there.....place signs in your area with the date and time...Hope this helps....Luckily my manager has been Super.....Thanks Carol Molen (my manager).

If you need help on making cash fast!!
Start having open houses and invite your street!
Go to church and schools.
I just heard this idea from my manager. Go to the school ask if they would be intrested on raising fast money for proms or dances or an repair they need to do(playground so on), even daycares!!There always looking for extra cash to improve or raise for trips!!
Don't give up because there's so much possiblity in tupperware.
Try recruiting at leadt four! Then you can move up to manager and get extra cash off there sales as well!!!

Well here one idea because we do fundraiser you can offer them the fundraiser catalog. You can go to tupperware4all. they have a colume to your left and go to documenta. In there they have letter's and all the info you need!
Just ask them if they would be intrested in selling this Tupperware to better there daycare and get extra new toys or what ever they want to be a goal. Let them klnow that they well get 40% of the retail!!
Alot of daycares well go for that because other fundraiser well give cents from selling chocolate bars. This way they can reach there goal faster. Even go to school's! Alot of schools do fundraiser for proms ect!!
Leave catalogs at doctors offices wether it's an old one or not!
Have an open house at your home. Make sure you adrvertise as much as you can! Flyers newspapers, posters at grocery store's!! But do this a month before you have your grande opening. Since there's no host inform them on poster's and flyers and newspaper's that you'll have a draw for the hosts gifts and bonus!!!
You can do it!!! You'r the only one that can make things happen!! Believe and you can achieve anything!!!!

I am so sorry you arent getting the help and support you need. My manager is awesome, and I am sure I am her biggest pain in the butt consultant. I ask questions constantly. She must be so sick of me already!
And I understand about needing money. I am there too!!
Here is one idea... I leave Catalogs everywhere I go with my information on the back of the catalog. I got a dating from leaving my catalogs at my hair salon. And I am going to be doing a party from one of the girls that was at that party. I have also left catalogs in the doctors waiting room and gave a few to the Nurses that work in the back for their own perusal. I have also left a pile of catalogs at my local library... that hasnt been much use, but you NEVER know!
Good Luck and remember that we are ALL here for you to ask help from. Feel free to email me anytime you want. I am just a lowly consultant, and have very little experience, but I am willing to help if I can! :grphug:
Take care...

Don't give up so easily! Ask your childrens friends and parents if they would like to look at our fabulous catalog!! I find what alot of people are doing when they are selling Tupperware is that they don't show it!
Smile and be excited about our product sound cheerful and gidy!
I just recruited my first consultant, because I want to make it to managment!
I'm going to make it soon whether I like it or not! That's my goal!
Sometimes you can get down and quite to easily but if you love this product as much as I do It's endless possiblties for you!!
If people say no on having a party I always offer them to do a catalog party. They always take that up and say yes. Make sure you'r careful of the words you use. Get excitied about all those awsome specials and let them know that in the Rock'n Serve makes yummy brownies and other recipes! Alot of customers and people don't know about that. Get them excitied about the product they can recieve and earn. Offer them an extra gift if they sell over $500.00!!!
NEVER GIVE UP! BECAUSE THE MORE YOU THINK THAT IT'S GOING CRAPY, IT'S GOING TO GET WORSE! WHAT I DO WHEN I GET DOWN IS GO ON TO BURP IT AND LISTEN AND READ AND TALK TO OTHER CONSULTANTS AND MANGERS TO GET MOTIVATED!!!

O, I am so sorry to hear about your upline troubles. Apparently she is a member here..hmm could make things interesting for you to say the least.
I too am having some trouble getting started, but luckily my husband is very supportive and my family and friends are humoring me. :daisy1: My manager Erika and my Director Margie are the BEST, they are both very, very helpful, patient and have a great sense of humor. Best of all, they are great about keeping me informed about everything which helps me be a better consultant IMO.
Maybe you and your upline could start over? Bury the hatchet so to speak. In any case, :luck:
